Each week someone else does the best. It is an interesting exercise in losing weight and supporting each other in the effort.  Cheering each other on has been an integral part of the effort and the friendly informal competition also helps.  Keep up the great results everybody!

Dear Lord, thank You for how well everyone is doing in their efforts to eat healthier and lose weight. Please help all of us to stick to our diets and lose the weight we need to lose for our health. +Amen.
